In 1975, APOLLO Electronics was a company created by Ramratan Jalani on his return from USA after completing his MS in Engineering.

Subsequently, his son Girdhar Jalani joined the business and the growing business helped him to create SOYUZ Electricals.The companies zoomed skyward in product quality and customer satisfaction.

The two companies flourished and served customers loyally with products designed and crafted for each application.  Customers came to trust APOLLO and SOYUZ as two most trusted brands for all their needs in Transformers and Reactors.

An emerging India on the world markets demanded consolidation and the two companies gave birth to Apollo Soyuz Electricals Private Limited as a new entity under the able leadership of Girdhar Jalani  who is today the Chairman and Managing Director.

All Apollo Soyuz Transformers and Reactors are delivered from a modern manufacturing facility at MIDC’s Mahape Electronics Zone driven up by an equipped development and design team, a youthful and energetic production workforce and a structured quality and reliability program.

The manufacturing and testing facilities include modern torque controlled winding machines, lamination assembly fixtures, state of the art welding facilities, foil winding machines, and sophisticated test setups. Partial Discharge and Impulse Voltage Test facilities are available in house for special product type and routine testing.
