	Founder Late Shri Ramratan Jalani Ramratan graduated in 1961, from the Rajasthan University. He did his B.S. (Electrical Engg) from Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A. & completed his M.S. (Electrical Engg) from Missouri University, U.S.A. Thereafter he worked for I.B.M. at St. Louis, U.S.A as a customer Engineer & returned to India to head WACO RADIO’s Transformer division for the Government of India's requirements for defense projects. His experience & expertise contributed to the development ofAPOLLO. He handed over the reins to Girdhar Jalani for taking Apollo Soyuz to further.
	Board of Directors Girdhar Jalani Girdhar, son of Ramratan Jalani, brought in the dynamism of youth, the professional skill of handling finances & the acumen for developing new markets. He has fused these qualities together to give the winning edge to APOLLO SOYUZ. He is a Science Graduate from Mumbai University & holds a Diploma in Computer Programming. Girdhar has set ambitious goals for the future of Apollo Soyuz and works diligently to guide his team towards those goals. He has created many unique work systems for strengthening Apollo Soyuz. Kusum Jalani Kusum spearheaded the Human Resource initiatives for the company and was instrumental in the creation of a library, and regular healthcare facilities for employees. She has brought in many improvements of facilities and working conditions for staff and workmen. She emphasizes people are the biggest and most valuable assets of the company. Nikhil Girdhar Jalani Nikhil Girdhar Jalani, a Graduate in Electrical Engineering is being groomed for greater responsibility as Apollo Soyuz grows from strength to strength. Saloni Girdhar Jalani Saloni Girdhar Jalani is on the board & is being groomed to add value to Strategic Finance & Growth initiatives.		Apollo Soyuz being a family owned professionally run business has Five Independent Directors on the Board. Manohar Patwardhan brings his vast Electrical Engineering knowledge to the Board of Directors of Apollo Soyuz. He has over three decades of experience in design and manufacture of magnetics, after completing his post graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Germany. Vijay Bhatia is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and practice. He has wide experience in Venture Finance and Finance Management. His experience with many companies overseas brings immense value to the Board of Directors of Apollo Soyuz. Hargovind Jalani brings specialist knowledge on Finance to the Board of Directors of ApolloSoyuz. He is a highly knowledgeable Management Professional and Chartered Accountant. He is retained by a large number of Corporate Business Houses for advice on Finance and Management. Rajkumar Adukia is an eminently qualified practicing Chartered Accountant who is well known as a prolific writer of books and research papers in all fields of taxation and finance. He brings in his wide knowledge and wealth of experience in taxation and his deep understanding of financing for growth to the Board of Directors of Apollo Soyuz. Soeb Fatehi brings over two and half decades of specialized product engineering and applications expertise to the Board of Directors of Apollo Soyuz. A graduate in Electrical Engineering, he has headed companies engaged extensively in both manufacturing & consultancy. He serves in senior capacities on many professional engineering and management association committees.
	Core Management Neha Desai is a General Manager in charge of Business Development after having earlier headed Operations and other functions. She is a qualified engineer who has risen through the ranks in the company. The company always recognizes her contribution as MR to the QMS & ISO certification & implementation within the company. She is an excellent team player and leads gently from within. She is quick and generous in praising and encouraging performers.
